Lake Holiday is a deed restricted, gated community located in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, just 14 miles west-northwest of Winchester, Virginia. It is a growing, vibrant community of over 800 single-family homes that sit on beautiful, mountain, wooded lots. Lake Holiday home sites are situated around Lake Holiday, a 240 acre man-made lake, the largest in Northwestern Virginia. Residents enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, water skiing, and more. Playgrounds, a 91-slip marina, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts are available for members.

Beach grounds are perfectly suited for picnics and relaxation. The Clubhouse serves the membership as a gathering place for meetings, parties, and community-oriented events. The Fitness Center is a place where family members can exercise together.
